Wild Hemlock

Kali is the creative force behind Isola Handmade Originals and the “Wool” half of Ink + Wool (now Wild Hemlock), where she has spent the past decade knitting hats and nurturing a love of fiber arts in Anacortes. What began as a personal passion has grown into a thriving small business rooted in community, connection, and craft. In 2024, Kali launched the Fidalgo Little Free Fiber Library (FLFF), an innovative community project that makes yarn, tools, and instructional resources freely available—inviting everyone, from beginners to seasoned makers, to explore fiber arts. At the Lido, Kali shares her handmade work and her vision of fiber as both an art form and a catalyst for community creativity.
