Tamara Thomas

Tamara Thomas produces art in several media to express her enchantment with northwest Washington environment, flora, fauna, and people! She is fascinated by faces (human, animal and combination) and is heavily inspired by the Pacific Northwest.

Tamara produces clay art and decorates trees and outdoor structures with her work. She learned from and practiced with several clay, glass blowing and wood carving studios in Tacoma, Mount Vernon, Stanwood and more.

She currently works with clay at her Mount Vernon studio, and at Stanwood House with Yonnah Levy. She also explores tapestry weaving with the Skagit Valley Weaver’s Guild.
