Kathryn L. James

 

Kathryn James is a Nature and Live Action Photographer who enjoys capturing whatever
catches her eye. 

“I like to think my photos are telling a story; and that it brings the viewer to my moment and place as if you were there with me. As a child I loved taking photos, however, did not purchase my first 35mm camera until I was in my forties."

Kathryn grew up enjoying and spending time outdoors. Animals have been a passion since
she was a young girl and remains one today. As a horse woman, she has experienced several equine disciplines, and loves photographing equine sports. She has been published in the United States Polo Association Players Edition Magazine and is an Award-Winning Wildlife Photographer. Her animal rescue photography has been featured on wine labels, animal rescue vans, and in other various publications.

“I hope my ability to capture photos of wildlife, and nature, inspires others to enjoy the
wonderful world we are all blessed to live in, through my lens. My journey of daily travels while working in the beautiful rural areas of the Pacific NW brought me to where I am today...”
