Julie is the maker behind Moss Bags, a small-batch leather accessories brand built around minimalist design, strong materials, and the belief that the things we use every day should have a little personality, too. Everything is handmade to order, which means the studio is usually full of leather, works-in-progress, and plenty of offcuts that are just a little too good to throw away.

And that’s exactly how Moss Dogs + Cats came to be. What started as a playful way to use those leftover pieces slowly turned into one of Moss’s most-loved collections - each with their own colors, markings, and personality. Pretty fun for something that started as a pile of scraps. Now, a portion of Moss Dog profits is donated to organizations that support service dogs and mountain rescue dogs, which makes this little project feel even more meaningful.
