Aleta Critchley
Aleta Critchley is a Pacific Northwest painter whose acrylic landscapes are inspired by the natural beauty she’s been surrounded by since childhood. Growing up in Anacortes, Aleta developed a deep love for nature that led her to pursue a BFA in painting. Today, she continues to find creative fuel in quiet moments outdoors—always watching for those magical scenes that invite pause and reflection.
Through acrylic paintings, she invites viewers to pause, breathe, and appreciate the beauty that exists beyond their busy lives. In a dance between brush and canvas, she find solace, purpose, and a profound respect for the world around us.
Aleta's mission is to send beautiful things out into the world for others to enjoy... Also, make a living painting "happy little trees" because paying bills is important too.
